How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused watch with its tags and packaging intact. Here's how:

United States

• Email [e-mail] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• Once confirmed, repack the watch in its original condition with tags attached.
• We'll email you a free prepaid return label, then schedule a pickup or drop-off with the carrier.

Outside the United States

• Email [e-mail] with your order number and the item(s).
• Repack the watch in its original condition with tags attached.
• Ship it to: ShipBob, Inc. [ATTN: Returns], 1520 Luna Rd, Ste 120 Door 1, Carrollton, TX 75006, USA. International return shipping is at your cost.

Keep your proof of shipment. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the watch, which can take a few business days.
