Once we confirm your request, re-pack the item in its original condition with labels and tags still attached.

Hold on to your proof of shipment and wait for the package to reach our support warehouse in Carrollton. Keep in mind that processing the return may take a few business days even after we've received it.
For customers outside the USA:
